Same Business Day Delivery

To receive your package on the same business day, please ensure your order is placed before 2 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. This service is available exclusively in Medellín, Envigado, Bello, Sabaneta, and Itagüí.

Delivery time: 2 - 6 hours.

Next Business Day Delivery

We offer next business day delivery from Monday to Saturday in Medellín, Envigado, Bello, Sabaneta, and Itagüí, covering the entire Valle de Aburrá.

Other Destinations in Colombia

Available for 8 provinces: Amazonas, Arauca, Guainía, Guaviare, Putumayo, San Andrés & Providencia, Vaupés, and Vichada.

Standard National Delivery: 2 to 3 business days in major cities, over 5 business days in other municipalities.

 

RETURN POLICY
