Return & Refund Policy

At Axtrom™, our priority is your satisfaction. If your purchase isn’t what you expected, we offer a flexible and transparent return policy designed to make the process simple and fair.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • With original tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our team at info@axtrom.co to begin your return. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., supplements, food)
  • Personal care products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards and final-sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and requesting a return for the original. Once the return is accepted and received, we’ll process your refund accordingly.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Product Warranty – 60 Days

At Axtrom™, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a 60-day product warranty on all items purchased through our official channels.

If your product develops a manufacturing defect within 60 days of receipt, we’ll replace it or provide a full refund.

To request a warranty evaluation, please contact info@axtrom.co with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
