Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free international shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 1 to 7 business days via tracked shipping with available carriers.

Shipping Within Colombia

• Express Delivery: Orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday–Saturday are eligible for same-day delivery in Medellín, Envigado, Bello, Sabaneta, and Itagüí (estimated delivery time: 2–4 hours).
• Same Business Day: Available in the above regions for orders placed before 2 p.m. (delivery in 2–6 hours).
• Next Business Day: Service available throughout the Valle de Aburrá region.
• Extended Regions: Orders shipped to Amazonas, Arauca, Guainía, Guaviare, Putumayo, San Andrés & Providencia, Vaupés, and Vichada may take 5+ business days. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days in major cities.
